What we collect

When you book a visit or become a customer, we keep your name, service address, email, mobile number, how you prefer to be reached, and the date you agreed to receive texts.

How we use it

We use your mobile number only to text you about the visits you book with us — confirmations, reminders, on-the-way messages and the follow-up after your visit — and to reach you about your service.

What we never do

We never sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text-message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

Who handles it for us

Our texts are sent through our messaging provider (Twilio) solely to deliver the messages you asked for. They are not permitted to use your number for anything else.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or call us at (916) 246-2089. You can also ask us to update or remove your contact information at any time.
